Jonathan Fly is a real estate litigator with nearly 20 years of experience guiding land owners in Texas and California. He has helped clients across the country resolve hundreds of difficult cases at trial, in arbitration, on summary judgment and through settlement negotiations, including claims involving title disputes, fiduciary litigation, probate, commercial evictions, ground lease disputes, restrictive covenants, purchase contracts, construction disputes, real estate fraud, mortgage disputes, adverse possession, and judicial partition.  

 

In addition to complex real estate litigation, Mr. Fly’s practice provides legal transactional counsel in the title and mortgage industries. He owns a mortgage brokerage that is dedicated to structuring and brokering owner-finance sales, and acts as general counsel and title fee attorney for Texas Lone Star Title, LLC.

Mr. Fly is an active supporter of concert dance (ballet, modern, contemporary, and world dance). He has served as an administrative mentor for a Los Angeles based ballet company, is a graduate of the Pentacle Dance Administrators' program in New York City, and has extensive experience in the presentation of international level dance on the world stage.

Mr. Fly practices law throughout Texas and California, with emphasis on San Antonio, Austin, Los Angeles, and Silicon Valley.
