Mr. Fly’s practice focuses on real estate transactions and litigation.
On the transactional side, Mr. Fly initiates and negotiates the sale, lease and financing of real property. Once a deal is in place, he prepares the legal documents, and closes the sale.
Mr. Fly is also a licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originator (RMLO). Seller finance loans are originated in house, in compliance with Dodd-Frank and the Texas SAFE Act. The entire transaction is handled, start to finish, at the law office.
As a litigator, he has chaired several jury trials, numerous administrative law hearings, and has been lead counsel in nearly forty appeals. Mr. Fly handles judicial foreclosure matters, HOA disputes, construction defect litigation, high-level landlord tenant trials, and bankruptcy.
Outside of the office, Mr. Fly is passionate about the interaction between the arts and urban real estate development. He is a member of the advisory board of the Magik Theatre in San Antonio, and is a member of the Mahncke Park Neighborhood Conservation District Committee.
